Shipping policy
1.Shipping Areas
•Purrugs currently ships within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
2. Shipping Restrictions
•We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories.
•If your order contains a P.O. Box address, our Customer Care team will reach out for an alternative address. If we do not receive a response within seven days of the order date, the order will be canceled.
3. Order Processing Time
•Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
•Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
4. Express Shipping Timeframe
•Express shipping orders are prioritized.
•Delivery typically takes 3-16 business days, depending on inventory location and destination.
•During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We recommend ordering early for timely delivery.
5. Express Shipping Availability
•Express shipping is available on select products and only within the U.S.
•If your order qualifies, the "Express Shipping" option will be available at checkout.
6. Shipping Fees & Carriers
•Standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. is free.
•We use major carriers such as USPS for deliveries. Carrier selection cannot be customized.
•We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories.
7. Address Changes
•Before Shipment: If your order has not shipped, email support@purrugs.com with your order number and updated address.
•After Shipment: If your order has shipped, please contact the carrier directly for any address changes. Purrugs cannot modify the address after dispatch.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
•Once marked as delivered by the carrier, Purrugs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
•If you believe your package is missing, contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
•If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email support@purrugs.com within 7 days of delivery.
•Include your order number and clear photos of the issue for prompt assistance.
