Our payment-related policies ensure buyers and Purrugs.com have consistent access to familiar and secure payment methods, transparent information on how to pay and what to pay for, and know what to do if something goes wrong.
What is the Payment policy?
When a buyer commits to buy something on Website Purrugs.com – by winning an auction, agreeing to an offer with a seller, or selecting Buy It Now in a listing – they are obligated to complete the purchase by sending full payment to the seller.
Before they commit to buy, buyers should note:
1. All the terms that the seller has included in the listing, including shipping and handling costs
2. Placing a bid on an auction is a commitment to buy, and bids can only be retracted under exceptional circumstances
Failure to pay for items is a violation of our abusive buyer policy.
When Purrugs.com cancels an order because the buyer hasn’t paid, the unpaid cancellation is recorded on the buyer’s account. Buyers who have excessive unpaid cancellations may have limits imposed by a seller or by Purrugs.com, or lose their buying privileges. In some circumstances, buyers can appeal an unpaid cancellation recorded on their account.
Activity on Purrugs.com is required to follow this policy, the Purrugs.com User Agreement and all applicable laws, as well as respect the rights of third parties. If it doesn’t, Purrugs.com may take action consistent with applicable laws and the Purrugs.com User Agreement, and may even be legally required to do so. Such actions may include, as an example only: Removing the listing or other content, issuing a warning, restricting activity or account suspension.

Online Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards, Paypal , Shopify Payment, Google Pay .
You can also choose to pay with PayPal or Google Pay or Shopify Payment. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal or Google Pay or Shopify Payment site to complete your purchase before returning to Purrugs.com .
If the card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and you will receive an order confirmation to your email. If the credit card transaction is not approved, your order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.

Listings in some categories may offer the following additional payment options:

Available payment options may vary depending on the item price, listing category, and the buyer’s device.
Not all payment methods are eligible for coverage under Money Back Guarantee.
Buyers must pay for the items they purchase on Purrugs.com within 4 business days
If the buyer doesn’t pay within this timeframe, the Purrugs.com can cancel the order and an unpaid cancellation will be recorded on the buyer’s account.
If the buyer doesn’t pay within this timeframe, the seller can cancel the order and an unpaid cancellation will be recorded on the buyer’s account.
Managing unpaid orders
Purrugs.com can cancel an order if the buyer hasn’t paid after 4 calendar days and up to 30 days after the order is placed.
a. Purrugs.com shouldn’t use the reason “Buyer hasn’t paid” to cancel an order when the buyer has paid, or they may:
Have all credits reversed for the time period in question
Lose the ability to use the fee credit system
Be subject to suspension
b. Purrugs.com will automatically remove any feedback left by a buyer who didn’t pay for an order when:
The Purrugs.com cancels the order due to the buyer’s failure to pay
The buyer is suspended
PAYMENT SECURITY
Purrugs.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect the data you send us over the internet. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out more information about the SSL digital certificate registration.
You will also notice that when you look at the URL at the top of the browser you will see that it begins with ‘https’ instead of ‘http’. This means that you are in secure mode.
Purrugs.com is registered with Cybertrust as an authentic site. This ensures that your information is kept private between your web browser and our web server.
If your card issuer is based in the EU, you may be asked to verify your payment due to a new requirement under the second Payment Services Directive (PSD2). You’ll be directed to a dedicated page to enter further information or asked to authorize the payment using your mobile phone. Once completed, you’ll return to Purrugs.com .

PRICING
The prices of Products and delivery and other charges displayed on this Site are current at the time of checkout, however, Fitness Keep reserves the right to change prices at any time and for any reason it deems necessary
All prices shown on this Site are in USD or HKD.
We will charge you, and you agree to pay, the following fees and charges in relation to an order that we accept (as applicable):
- The purchase price of each Product that is ordered;
- The delivery fee for delivering the Products to you (in case you select express shipping); and
- Any other fees and charges required by state of shipping address.
All fees and charges identified in these terms and conditions and all prices for the Products as shown on the Site are exclusive of State taxes (unless otherwise indicated). Tax will be calculated on the checkout page according to shipping address.
The purchase price of each Product is shown on the product list on the Site at the time you place your order. The purchase price of a Product on the Site may not be the same if shipping address state requires us to pay tax.
You acknowledge that we are not required or obliged to match any prices for any Products, including matching any prices for a Product that is available through the Site at our store or vice versa.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@purrugs.com.
Note: All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used during purchase.
