Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Purrugs products! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
•You may return any Purrugs product purchased from Purrugs.com for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
•You are responsible for return shipping costs.
•To qualify for a full refund, the item must be in new condition and must not have:
•Pet dander or fur
•Dirt, grass stains, or other marks
•Signs of wear, washing, or improper care
•Damage or stains
•Returned items must be shipped back in their original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, please use a sturdy box that prevents damage.
•We recommend that you keep the original packaging to make returning items easier.
•Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
•If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our Customer Care team at support@purrugs.com within 30 days of delivery.
•Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
•If you wish to get a different model, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
•If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email support@purrugs.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a free replacement or full refund.
•International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes.
•We do not offer exchanges for international orders. Instead, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
•Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1.Email support@purrugs.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2.Our team will provide a return authorization and the return address.
3.Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
4.Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
