Method: To improve the appearance of the rug, if there are any creases from being folded during shipping, place the rug in the dryer for 5-10 minutes on a low heat setting. The heat helps to smooth out the creases.

Method: Place a damp towel over the crease in the carpet, then gently apply heat with an iron on top of the towel. The steam and moisture will help soften the fibers and relax the crease.

Our rug is made of Polyester for its softness, durability, and easy maintenance. The backing is made of TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber), which provides excellent non-slip support, keeping the rug securely in place.

Most of our products can be machine washed on a gentle cycle. For a deeper clean, machine wash separately in cold water. Using mild deterget. Tumble dry, no heat. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.

We accept all major payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Currently, we only offer shipping within the mainland United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and other destinations. However, we are actively working on expanding our shipping options.

We offer free shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping is available for select products and will be shown at checkout. If the option is not displayed, expedited shipping is not available for that item.

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. For details, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

To return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team for instructions. You will need your order number and details of the product you wish to return or exchange.

If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
